Description : Lug caps or ‘Twist Off caps” are printed attractively to grab customer attention in Super Markets and designed for protecting contents of the jar for Jam, Pickle, Honey & Gherkins. It consists of a Tin free Steel Lid with 4 lugs which grasp the lip of the jar and locks itself on short threads. It becomes air tight and it can be vacuumised or sterilized with the contents. Also, for highly acidic application like Gherkins, the caps are designed to be non-corrosive during its entire shelf life. The inside of the cap consists of a gasket which is BISPHINOL free as per world standards. Also the pop-up feature helps the customer to identify while checking the lid (if the button is depressed) whether the contents are fresh.
