Description : Side embossing can be done on the knurling as well as on the body
of the cap to ensure that there is no duplication of the liquor products. Even in
dim light of a bar, the consumer can feel by hand the embossement and reassure
himself the originality before breaking open the cap from the bottle for
consumption.
To ensure further pilfer proofing, one way pourer can be fitted inside the aluminium
caps. The plastic insert during regular filling and sealing operation of the cap
gets fitted into the bottle neck. This insert ensures that the liquid can be only
poured out but no water or liquid can be put into the bottle to adultrate it.
Internally fitted with Tin Saran or Epoxy Polyethene liner (wads) the wines are protected from oxidation for long periods of time and as a result have long shelf life. Also the wads are eco friendly thereby reducing the dependence on cork which is obtained from cutting down trees. Another advantage from these caps is that the wines after opening and partly using can be recapped with these screw caps and stored away for later consumption and it will still retain the texture of the wine. Company Logo or name can be embossed on the top.

Description : The Vial Seals were used in preserving injectables and specified
formulations. The Vial Seals are aluminium caps over the rubber lid of the vial.
The Vial Seals have perforated strip and the medical staff tears of the perforated
strip and then insert the injection syringe into the rubber lid to draw the
contents. So the Vial Seals are to be manufactured and coated using approved
lacquers and coatings in controlled conditions and have to adhere to highest
medical standards.
The Flip Off Seals is an additional plastic cap over the Vial Seal which gives it more
protection from pilferage. The Vial Seals and the Flip Off Seals can be embossed
with a Company’s name or non-embossed. They come in standard sizes of 13
and 20 mm.
